2. Order Process

Processing your order:

• Minimum Order Requirement: All orders must meet the minimum quantity requirements specified for each product.
• Confirmation Process: Once you contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email, we will request your customer details. We will then send a quotation or invoice via https://billing.modjobrass.com.
• Payment and Production: Upon receipt of a 50% deposit, we will begin processing samples or production, as agreed upon during communication.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and Refund may and may not accepted:

• Non-Refundable Fee: A 40% non-refundable fee applies if the order enters production. This is to cover production costs.
• Force Majeure: Orders may only be canceled under force majeure circumstances with a valid explanation.

4. Use of Website Content

You are prohibited from using any content, including text, images, or videos, from Modjo Brass for any purpose without prior written consent.

5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Limitation of Liability

Modjo Brass is not responsible for any losses or damages that may occur from accessing or using our website. This is further explained in our Disclaimer.

7. Payment Methods

Payment and Samples

• Payments must be made to our designated bank account.
• For international transactions, payments can be made through any international money transfer service with email confirmation, such as Wise.com or similar services.
• Orders and sample requests will only be processed upon confirmation of payment.

8. Sample Policy

There are 2 types of samples:

• Paid Samples: You may request paid samples without any obligation to place a larger order.
• Samples as Part of Larger Orders: Samples will be processed after receiving a 50% deposit. The production time for samples will depend on the size and complexity, and will be communicated accordingly.
