At Modjo Brass, we strive to ensure that each order reaches you safely and on time. This page outlines our shipping processes, delivery timelines, and related information for both domestic and international orders.

1. Processing Time

Order confirmation and production timeline:

  • Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, our team will confirm the details with you via email or WhatsApp. Orders will only be processed upon receipt of a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due upon completion (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Production Timeline: Custom orders or high-volume orders may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

2. Domestic Shipping

Delivery time and Shipping fees:

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery time for domestic orders is approximately [X-X days] after production completion.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of the items. You will receive an estimated cost upon order confirmation.

3. International Shipping

  • Customs and Duties: International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for any specific requirements or fees before placing an order.

4. Packaging and Handling

All products are carefully inspected and securely packaged to ensure they reach you in excellent condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you with a claim.

5. Tracking and Communication

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Our team will be available to answer any questions regarding your shipment status or delivery.
